The guide, not the app

comeapk.games is an independent guide to Come APK, also called Come Game and Come App. These terms of use are the rules for reading and using this website. They are not the contract you may be offered inside the app. We are not the developer, we do not run the tables, and we do not hold your stake.

If the app shows its own terms, privacy notice, or age gate, those screens control the app. If they conflict with a sentence on this site about how a game pays, believe the app for the app, and treat our pages as a description that can be incomplete. We would rather omit a payout rule than invent one. The about page says the same thing in shorter form.

Come APK is not Dream11 and not ComeOn. We are not affiliated with those names, with Google Play, or with the Apple App Store. Nothing in these terms gives you a right to use their brands, their files, or their support teams.

Using the site

You must be 18 or older to use the guide as a path to the app. If you are under 18, do not download Come APK. You may not use this site to help a minor install it. You may not use the pages to target residents of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland and Sikkim, because the app is not offered to them. These terms do not say real-money gaming is legal in India. You have to check the law where you live.

The text, layout, and guide structure are published so you can read them. Do not scrape the site to build a clone that adds a star rating, a bonus figure, a fake download count, or a different APK. Do not present our sentences as if a casino wrote them. You may link to a page, with the trailing slash, if the link does not imply we endorsed you.

Do not attack the site, probe it for accounts that do not exist, or send malware through the Telegram contact. There is no phone number and no postal address. The only channel is Telegram. Do not send passwords or one-time codes there. The privacy policy explains that this static site stores no user accounts and sets no Google Analytics ID.

Downloads and money risk

The only Android file we recommend is the one behind Download now. The download page describes version 4.5, about 35 MB, updated September 2026, for Android 5.0 or newer. Come APK Pro is that same official file. We do not offer a mod file, an old-version file, a VIP file, or a paid unlock. A third party who sells one is not acting under these terms.

The file is not on Google Play or the App Store. Sideloading is your choice and your phone's process. We do not warrant that the download will be fast, that a mirror you found elsewhere is intact, or that the app will keep working. A parse error is a damaged file, not a breach of a promise that every install succeeds.

Real-money games and contests can lose you money. Fantasy cricket searches, Teen Patti, Aviator, Rummy, fishing, and slots are all covered by that warning on the games page and the fantasy cricket page. We do not promise winnings, a daily profit, a commission rate, a bonus, or a withdrawal time. 18+ only. Read responsible gaming before you stake anything. If you cannot afford the loss, do not play.

Limits, changes, and contact

The guide is information. It is not legal advice, not financial advice, and not a guarantee of access to Come APK. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses you suffer because you played, because you installed a file from somewhere else, or because you relied on a sentence that we later correct. We are not liable for Telegram, for the download host, or for the app's own outages, because we do not operate them.

Some places do not allow certain liability limits. Where a local rule gives you a right we cannot waive, that rule still applies. Nothing here excludes responsibility for something the law says we cannot exclude. That sentence is not a promise that real-money play is safe, and it is not a statement that gaming is legal where you are.

We may update these terms when the guide changes. The copy on this page is the current one for 2026. Continuing to use the site after an update means you read the new copy.
